The Choice

Life should be an adventure, but what happens when life becomes this dull pattern of going through the motions. You find that each day is the same thing, filled with the same disappointment. You are unsure what you really want to do for a career, but the job you have seems to be enough. You may even make good money at your job, but you don’t love what you do.

You have to decide do you want to make good money or love what you do. Sometimes you get lucky and get both. Quitting your job right now is not an option, well because of bills and debt. So do you look for a new job, a new fulfillment? Or do you search for your passion?

Find what you love first, explore all the possibilities in this world. Sometimes we limit ourselves because we believe we cannot do something or that it won’t work out. If you fail, that is okay; get back up and start again. The real question is, what if you don’t fail, and the risk you took to try something new worked out. If you never try, you will never know. Sometimes trying something new is scary because we are afraid to fail, and we care about what others think of us.

Not caring what others think is probably the hardest thing to do, but the people that love you should support you. You should always surround yourself with loved ones who will help pick you up if you fail and tell you to try again.

It is time to make a choice, stay unhappy, or do what you love.
