Week 2

Developing 15 capstone ideas proved to be very challenging for me this past week. I spent way too long thinking about each proposal and was never fully satisfied with any of them. I know the area in which I want my capstone to relate to, but what problem I’m trying to solve I’m still unsure of. I want to create something that isn’t just beautiful (I hope) but also purposeful not just to a small niche of people, but to as many people as possible (which I know is holding me back).

Even though I wasn’t fully behind any of my proposals there were a couple of concepts that I want to push further and see where they take me. By pushing towards a topic I’m passionate about I hope to steer myself closer to a fruitful capstone project.

Hearing the feedback from my peers about what stood out to them was very helpful. I always enjoy hearing everyone's feedback and ideas they have for me as well as the ideas everyone else is considering for their own!

Going forward I hope to arrive at a final capstone path pretty soon. Finding a message, or a problem in needs of solving or communicating is one of my top priorities right now. We will get there eventually! I guess it is only week two, but still, time is flying, but also not? Weird times.
