Why Colorful Classrooms are Important

After seeing the images above, which classroom would you rather learn in? Definitely the left one! I am so excited to talk about color in classrooms today because it seems like something people would assume is achieved, but has an actual science and intention behind it that is most likely not used in our classrooms like it should. Incorporating color in everything from the posters on your walls to the dry erase marker you use, each student will have a reaction to that color that can effect their learning or mind in the classroom. It is important to have color in most parts of your students’ learning experience because it enhances their willingness to learn and makes your teaching and classroom more approachable and enjoyable! When something like this is accomplishable just by making minor or additional changes, every teacher and classroom should be glowing with color soon! Thank y’all so much for joining!
